Insurance Based Health is the Disease

There are so many shocking facts and stats regarding the health care delivery and finance systems that we can share with you. If anyone had a positive assessment of the cartel dominated health care system prior to 2020, then the WEF virus should have certainly opened any last eyes that remained closed.

We have been living in a false reality for most of our lives, imagining that our medical system had our best interest as its goal.: Patient centered outcomes. But the sad reality points to entirely different goal orientation: Money, surprisingly enough.

ONLY YOU AND YOU ALONE ARE RESPOBSIBLE FOR YOUR HEALTH AND WELL BEING

This clip from Joe Rogan, speaking with an insider, reveals to a shocked Rogan how the system is actually set up to extract wealth, and nothing more. As an insurance industry insider myself for three decades, I can confirm all that is stated in this interview.

Inspiration

The road that we have taken to Rabbit tea is one that has been marked with truly inspirational moments.

Much of the inspiration for the original formulation of Rabbit tea came from my mom’s spirit. Her passing was a profound experience and it illuminated my understanding of many things. The motivation to act was driven purely by a force. The force which animates many of our actions, and one that I do not truly understand.

Along the way there have been numerous points where someone has shared how they have gotten relief from some chronic condition. These have all been inspirational and a source of motivation to continue cooking.

Recently though, I was grateful to have been told by a regular customer that he had given a bottle to an old buddy of his who drives a truck . The fellow drank some Rabbit tea and his chronic back ache, suffered for years from trick driving, had been alleviated, and he wanted more! There was something about this tertiary connection that really inspired me to keep going.

Before my feet hit the floor every morning I pray that everyone who consumes this tea will have their physical fitness and vigor restored. It’s clear to me that each and every success story is a double shot of motivation and inspiration.

Live well…stay well.

Bioavailability – The Secret to the Power of VITALITEA

One of the challenges with consuming turmeric is to make it bioavailable. Curcumin, the active compound in turmeric has poor bioavailability, meaning that it cannot be absorbed easily into the blood stream. Without this absorption, the turmeric becomes useless.

In this post, we describe 5 ways that we can increase the bioavailability of curcumin, and make it the superfood that it is. These are as follows:

Rabbitabb VITALITEA is formulated with a unique process that garners the benefits of several methods designed to increase bioavailability.

  • VITALITEA is made with black pepper as part of the formulation.
  • VITALITEA is cooked with MCT oil, a coconut based fat
  • VITALITEA is cooked through a low heat extrusion process, and then a high heat boil
  • VITALITEA is made with cold pressed turmeric and ginger root.

All these make VITALITEA more bioavailable than consuming turmeric in other ways.

A Dive Into the Biochemistry of Curcumin

Curcumin

What makes Turmeric the King of the Rhizomes? What is the secret of turmeric? The answer is something called curcumin

Curcumin has attracted considerable attention for its potential therapeutic effects in various diseases, such as inflammation, cancer, diabetes, and neurodegeneration. However, the molecular mechanisms of action of curcumin are not fully understood. The following excerpt is a summary of some of the recent advances in elucidating the biological targets and pathways modulated by curcumin.

Curcumin is a pleiotropic (Pleiotropy is the expression of multiple traits by a single gene) molecule that can interact with multiple targets, such as:

  • enzymes
  • receptors
  • transcription factors
  • signaling molecules

Some of the well-known targets of curcumin include:

  • cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2),
  • nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB),
  • tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α),
  • reactive oxygen species (ROS), and
  • protein kinases.

By inhibiting these targets, curcumin can modulate various cellular processes, such as inflammation, oxidative stress, apoptosis, cell cycle, angiogenesis, and metastasis. For example, curcumin can suppress the activation of NF-κB, a key transcription factor that regulates the expression of pro-inflammatory genes, such as COX-2, TNF-α, and interleukin-6 (IL-6).

Curcumin can also scavenge ROS and enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes, such as glutathione peroxidase and catalase, thus reducing oxidative damage and inflammation. Furthermore, curcumin can induce apoptosis and cell cycle arrest in cancer cells by modulating the expression and activity of various proteins, such as Bcl-2, Bax, caspases, p53, and cyclins.

Curcumin can also inhibit angiogenesis and metastasis by affecting the expression and function of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), and integrins.

Curcumin is a promising natural agent that can modulate multiple targets and pathways involved in various diseases. However, the clinical application of curcumin is limited by its poor bioavailability, stability, and solubility. Therefore, further studies are needed to optimize the delivery and formulation of curcumin, as well as to elucidate its pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and safety profile. Moreover, more clinical trials are required to validate the efficacy and dose-response of curcumin in different disease settings.

But regardless of the vast amount of what is unknown about curcumin, the real life effects have been documented and verified for many decades in various parts of the world…and you certainly don’t have to understand the biochemistry of curcumin in order to enjoy the benefits of turmeric, King of the Rhizomes.

Want to Learn More About Fasting?

No one thing has been more impactful for my health and wellness than fasting, but it has its challenges. Besides the physical challenge of abstaining from significant caloric intake for an extended period pf time, there is also the challenge of going through the day’s activities without the fuel to which our body is accustomed. But it doesn’t have to be such an unattainable goal. There are different types of fasting, and each gives its own set of benefits.

Fasting is a practice of abstaining from food or drink for a certain period of time, usually for health, religious, or spiritual reasons. There are different types of fasting, depending on the duration, frequency, and degree of restriction. Some of the common types of fasting are:

I have never attempted an extended fast past 36 hours, but that is a personal goal. Before I get there, my favorite fast is my own “Rabbit fast”. No food, nothing except a quart of VITALITEA with a straw. This allows me to carry on with normal activities. For sure I won’t play golf or go running any more than is required to walk Lily, but doing daily routines is well handled.

Fasting successfully results in health benefits that cannot be achieved any other way. Chronic disease can be reversed with a fasting regimen.

Let’s get started!

Fasting is not suitable for everyone, and it may have some side effects, such as hunger, fatigue, headache, or irritability. Before starting any type of fasting, it is advisable to consult a doctor and a nutritionist to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Recovering from Injury

Turmeric

Several weeks ago I had an accident at home and sustained a direct impact on my hip as I fell on my bum. I didn’t break my hip, which would have been devastating for me, a 60 something year old with an active lifestyle and a couple of dependents. But I did suffer a severe contusion that has made it difficult to run for the past few weeks. But unlike the past, when I would suffer an injury and end up being disabled and unable to carry out daily responsibilities, this time was different. While I could certainly feel a sensation that something had happened, there was absolutely no pain. It has been as though the healing is occurring in the background, and there is no tangible impediment to my daily life. This is big. When we suffer some injury, much of the impact of the injury is typically secondary to the injury itself. Being unable to exercise, or function in a normal way through the day has negative effects on our well being. But by consuming mega doses of turmeric found in VITALITEA, the aftermath of my injury was negligible.

Turmeric is a spice that has been used for centuries in traditional medicine for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and wound healing properties. Turmeric contains a compound called curcumin, which is responsible for most of its health benefits. Curcumin can help reduce inflammation, fight free radicals, and promote tissue repair in the body. These effects may be beneficial for people who are recovering from physical injury, such as sprains, strains, bruises, cuts, or burns.

One of the ways that turmeric can help with injury recovery is by alleviating pain and swelling. Studies have shown that turmeric extract can reduce pain and improve function in people with osteoarthritis, a common joint disorder caused by wear and tear. Turmeric may also help prevent or treat infections in wounds, as it has antimicrobial activity against various bacteria, fungi, and viruses.

Another way that turmeric can help with injury recovery is by enhancing muscle performance and recovery. Turmeric can increase blood flow to the muscles, which can improve oxygen delivery and nutrient uptake. Turmeric can also reduce muscle damage and soreness after exercise, which can speed up the healing process and prevent further injury.

Turmeric can be consumed in various forms, such as powder, capsules, tea, or paste. However, it is important to consult a doctor before taking turmeric supplements, as they may interact with some medications or cause side effects in some people. Turmeric can also be applied topically to the injured area, but it may stain the skin or clothing. Therefore, it is advisable to use a bandage or a cloth to cover the wound after applying turmeric.

Turmeric is a natural remedy that may help people recover from physical injury faster and more effectively. By reducing inflammation, pain, infection, and muscle damage, turmeric can support the body’s healing process and improve the quality of life of the injured person.

Can Turmeric help Brain Function?

Turmeric has always helped me physically, emotionally and has also helped me achieve better brain health. Mega-dosing with turmeric is fantastic foundation for life itself.

The American Turmeric Company, a local turmeric farm in Georgia produces a range of fantastic turmeric products. From a recent post:

Turmeric/Curcumin may support cognitive function and mental health. A recent study published in a scientific journal stated that “There is growing attention on the usage of curcumin to prevent or delay the onset of neurodegenerative diseases”. The people who took curcumin experienced significant improvements in their memory and attention abilities, while the subjects who received placebo did not.

Action and Intent

Over the course of my life I have noted with increasing regularity, the connection between action and intent. This relates to, and is another way of looking at, the concept of mindfulness.

Modern distractions, mostly of the electronic variety, are designed to elicit a set of physical and psychological reactions. This has many harmful effects on well being, and one of those is the loss of mindfulness. These distractions prevent us from living and experiencing the moment. When we engage with our gadgets we are no longer experiencing our temporal world, we are experiencing the alternate reality of the digital dimension. This has real life consequences that most people fail to ever recognize.

There is plenty of research that points to a physical connection between our thoughts and our concurrent actions. For example when I play golf, the relative quality of each swing is largely dependent on my mental approach. Obviously, knowing the fundamental aspects of a good swing is necessary to be physically prepared, but the mental preparation is the key to good execution. Visualizing what I want the ball to do and swinging with the focus and intent of making it happen, usually leads to a sound process, and a quality result. Contrarily, I often see players walk up to take a shot and declare what they DO NOT want to happen. Most of the time, that is precisely what happens. This shows me that our super computer brain knows is able to do whatever seen we plant in our consciousness. The brain does not differentiate between DO and DO NOT. It simply years to germinate the seed you planted. If you were thinking about the ball going into the lake, that is what your brain will try to do.

Similarly, when we are on a treadmill getting our cardio, we have a choice on our mental approach. We can choose to watch a television as we exercise, or we can use our brain power to actively focus on our muscles, our heart, our respiration. i.e., truly feel our body as we exercise it. It has been shown that the mindful approach leads to better results, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

It is with this idea in mind that we drink VITALITEA.

VITALITEA is an adaptogenic compound of natural elements – roots and spices – that supports your intent. Therefore we drink it with intent. We drink with our minds full of what we want to accomplish. For example, drinking VITALITEA pre-workout gives you high level of sustained energy for your workout. Drinking it before bedtime with the intent of relaxation leads to a calm and relaxed mind. This isn’t magic, it’s simply how these compounds work. They are unlike commercial energy drinks which have been shown to contain amphetamines and other harmful drugs which you an artificial burst of energy that leads to the crash effect.

Thanks for reading. May your day be filled with fruits of your great intentions.
