Serving Suggestions

1. Serve chilled. The colder it is, the better it tastes.

2. Though VITALITEA comes lightly sweetened with Stevia, most people prefer to add some stevia or or other preferred sweetener. This tends to enhance the flavor of the other elements.

3. Adding a bit of milk (dairy, almond, cashew, etc) adds an additional dimension and richness to its flavor.

In a mixer bottle put in the desired amount of chilled VITALITEA, milk and sweetener. Shake vigorously. Enjoy slowly, with intent.

What to Expect

Each person’s experience is uniquely their own. However, we have noted, and have been informed by users, of certain observations that seem to be consistent with many users. 

The first sip of your chilled VITALITEA affects mood. The aroma and taste seems to impact psychology first. There is an immediate lightening of mood; a sense of optimism and positivity. Prior to working out, this feeling is the ideal psychological platform from which we can dive into a great session. (Of course, the anti-inflammatory effects assure that your recovery will be lightning fast!) 

The elevated mood is accompanied by a physical stimulus, Not a burst of energy, but a sustained desire to continue pushing your body, with a sustained mental focus.

Your stomach will feel a sensation which can be mistaken initially for hunger. But within a few minutes this passes and the feeling turns to one of warmth and contentment.

Post workout, the typical aches and pains that we have become accustomed to will be dissapated or completely disappear. This is a typical effect even for those who aren’t working out. One of our customers drives a truck for a living. He has been suffering from back pain for years. He reported that after one day of drinking VITALITEA, his back pain was gone. We can’t guarantee miracles for everyone, but we can confidently state that you will certainly be pleasantly suprised when a long present ache goes away.
